At Anderson Dachshunds, health, structure, and temperament are our top priorities. We carefully select our breeding parents from champion bloodlines and ensure every dog in our program is thoroughly health tested before breeding.

Each of our adult Dachshunds is:

Our breeding adults are all within true Miniature Dachshund size standards, typically ranging from 9 to 11 pounds fully grown. We occasionally have smaller parents that produce tiny Miniature Dachshunds, which as adults usually weigh between 7 and 9 pounds — ideal for families looking for a compact companion while maintaining breed health and conformation.
